You'll find this cosy home on the cusp of the North Cotswolds, only a twenty-minute drive from Warwick. It's nestled in the charming village of Kineton, with a pub, cafe, eateries and a village store all within walking distance. We think it's the perfect spot to make the most of Warwickshire: ramblers can roam the well-marked footpaths through the countryside, keen cyclists can ride along the National Cyclist route and bookworms can visit Shakespeare's roots in Stratford-upon-Avon, a twenty-five minute drive away. When you're not out exploring, kick off your shoes and make yourself at home in this warm and inviting cottage. Chilled evenings at home are sorted, thanks to the plush cream-coloured sofas and Netflix on the TV. Feel like cooking? The glossy kitchen has everything you need, or treat yourself to a takeaway from the excellent Indian restaurant down the street. On summer evenings, take the relaxing outside to the garden, where you can enjoy barbecue dinners and share a bottle of wine as the sun goes down. All the bedrooms are homely (especially the main bedroom on the second floor) and some have en-suites. Add in the lush soaker tub, the welcome hamper filled with goodies and the easy distance to many of the Cotswold's honey-coloured villages and this cottage gets full marks from us.
